In the following terms and conditions, the words ‘Company’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’, are used to refer to the our company; and the terms like ‘you’, ‘user’, ‘customer’ are used to refer to the user of our service. By using our VoIP service, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Usage of our VoIP service

We are strongly against any fraud or abuse of our products. Our products and services are for individual use and for legitimate use only.

Following is a non-exhaustive list of practices that will not be considered legitimate.

Using subscriptions for telemarketing or call centre operations

  • Re-selling subscription minutes
  • Sharing subscriptions between users whether via a PBX, call centre, computer or any other means
  • Calling numbers (whether singly, sequentially or automatically) to generate income for yourself or others as a result of placing the call, other than for your individual business communications
  • Unusual calling patterns inconsistent with normal, individual subscription use, for example, regular calls of short duration or calls to multiple numbers in a short period of time

A user is responsible for keeping all passwords secure and strong, and confidential at all times. We do not take any responsibility for any unauthorized calls made from your account.

Performance of the Service

Our VoIP service uses an Internet connection to make and receive calls, send and receive messages, and other features of the product. Therefore, the slow internet speed of the user might affect the performance of our service or application. We take no responsibility for any time downtime or performance issues which are related to the internet connection speed.


Except as provided to the contrary in this Agreement and to the full extent permitted by law, all terms, conditions, warranties, undertakings, inducements or representations whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise relating in any way to the provision of the Service or other obligations under this Agreement will be excluded.

Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentence and except as explicitly provided in this agreement, our company will not be under any liability (including liability as to negligence) to the Customer or to any third party in respect of any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage), however caused, which may be suffered or incurred or which may arise directly or indirectly as a result of or in connection with the provision of the Services or company’s failure to comply with obligations under this Agreement except as explicitly provided in this agreement.

Cancellation & Termination of the Service

Cancellation of the service by the customer will require at least one month notice, and will be as per the service agreement between the user and the company.

The company may suspend or restrict provision of the Service to the Customer at any time if: payment of an account for the Service provided to the Customer is overdue; the Customer becomes bankrupt or insolvent or enters into a scheme of arrangement or composition with the Customer’s creditors or, being a company, is placed in receivership or under official management or has a provisional liquidator appointed; the Customer breaches any material term or condition of this agreement; of it appears that the Customer is engaging in activity that may cause damage to the Company’s system, or any other system in the network; or the Customer is engaging activities that do not go with any of our policies; or if the Customer is using the service as a means to commit any unlawful activity.
The Company, in its sole discretion, may suspend or restrict provision of the Service to the Customer at any time in the event of an emergency or whenever the Company considers it necessary or reasonable, based on the sole discretion of the Company, in order to safeguard provision of the Service.

Changes to Terms of Use

Our conditions in terms of use are unlikely to change. But, in case we do change, modify or add something, it will be posted on this page. Any significant changes will be informed on our website and social media channels available.


Our company shall not be responsible for any damages that would occur to you or your business. Our company makes no warranties of any kind for the services we offer. Since, our service uses Internet, we cannot guarantee uptime or availability of the service.
